Starting a Business in Hildebran
Opening a business in the Town of Hildebran begins here. At present, the Town of Hildebran does not require businesses to acquire a Privilege License; however, the Town does require that persons wishing to open or conduct business in Hildebran fill out a Business Information Form. The Town also requires Zoning approval of each business before it begins. Zoning approval can only be obtained by contacting the Town Planner.
The Business Information Form needs to completed and returned to the Town Planner for approval before the business can begin operations. If there are any questions, please contact the Town Planner at 828-397-5801.
Burke County requires zoning approval prior to the issuance of a building permit. New businesses will need to acquire a Zoning Permit from the Town of Hildebran Town Planner for new development.
