1. Consideration, by resolution, of a 5-year lease with HHDA for rooms 100, 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, 107 and 108 in the basement of the auditorium for the purpose of maintaining the Hildebran museum as well as one bay in the maintenance building in the amount of $2400 per year.
2. Consideration, by resolution, of conveyance of personal property (one small row of auditorium seats) to HHDA to place in the museum.
